Important Message to Our Fans
We hope this message finds you and your family safe during this public health crisis. It’s been a challenging time for comic con fans and show organizers across the country as events have been postponed, moved or canceled. After many weeks of hope, we are disappointed to announce Celebrity Fan Fest 2020 is canceled until June 2021 due to the COVID-19 crisis. Compassionately, our event venue was converted to an emergency hospital and testing facility to help those in need. Under this ‘force majeure’ act by local government, we had no guaranteed path to rescheduling the event this summer.
Celebrity Fan Fest is now scheduled to return June 10-13, 2021. While we understand this is not great news, we believe it is the best decision for the health and safety of our guests, attendees, exhibitors, volunteers and staff.
Cancellation Refunds Made ‘Fan Easy’
- All June 2020 purchases made from December 1, 2019 to date will receive a complete refund. Please allow 30 days for the refund to process and show up on the credit card you used to make the purchase(s). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund processes.
- All June 2020 admission passes purchased between September 1, 2019 through October 27, 2019 will be transferred to the June 2021 show--this includes Platinum, Gold, 4-Day, 3-Day, and 2-Day June 2020 passes that included FREE admission and other perks to October 2019 Preview Con. You will receive the same pass and perks for our June 10-13, 2021 event. New pass credentials will be sent to you in the Spring of 2021.

We are busy at work creating an exciting new event for mid-summer 2020 in an exciting new location featuring popular celebrities and a huge array of entertainment choices. Please stay tuned for that announcement real soon!
